Ariel is the founder of Ariel Grace Wellness, a mobile wellness collective that helps people to feel balanced and empowered from within. A seasoned instructor with over a decade of international experience leading Yoga, Pilates, Barre classes, workshops and retreats; Ariel is also the founder of The Mom Method program where she focuses on core rehab as a Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist.
Having trained with MamaGlow Doula Program, Ariel feels honoured to support Mamas through all stages of pregnancy, from preconception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum with non-judgemental, compassionate education and support.
Ariel has helped empower hundreds of women to prepare for pregnancy and birth and recover during the postpartum period, helping them heal common pregnancy related issues like diastasis recti, back pain and pelvic floor incontinence through guided mindful movement, meditation and breath work practices.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Ariel currently lives in the tropical Caribbean paradise of Grand Cayman, with her growing family.
The Mom Method was born out of the need to create space for Mamas to feel more connected- physically, emotionally and socially.
Ariel Grace created The Mom Method alongside Pelvic Health Physiotherapists and leading pre + postnatal movement experts, to provide a program based in pilates and pelvic health, for Mamas during all stages of motherhood.
Both pre+postnatal classes always include pilates based exercises to prepare, strengthen and restore the core and pelvic floor. Using evidence based based techniques to reduce core dysfunction, diastasis recti, pelvic incontinence and improve posture through specific exercises and breath work, just for Mamas.
A strong, functional core is at the foundation of everything we teach at The Mom Method. Incorporating elements of Pilates, Yoga and Barre to provide a fun, safe and challenging workout to prepare the body optimally for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Ariel will be a constant foundation of care and support for you through your labour and will help advocate your wishes for your baby’s birth day.
Ariel takes a non-judgemental and compassionate approach to supporting your pregnancy and whichever way you choose to birth your baby.
(Ariel always works with a back-up doula in case of emergency.)

Set birth intentions and create an authentic birth plan with personalized birth affirmations
Learn the best comfort measures, natural labour relief techniques, labor positions, tricks and tools including breath work and meditations just for you
One doctor or midwife visit (optional)

One month before estimated due date, pre-birth visit to prepare body for birth and work though any last minute anxiety or fears
